Hours of Operation

Our salon is open 7 days a week for your convenience.  Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 7:30 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final and products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are secured by credit card or gift certificate. A 24 hour cancellation/change notice is required for services and 48 hours notice for spa packages or groups. Cancellation/changes after the required time are subject to a $25 late cancellation/change fee. No shows will be charged $25. Note: Scheduling an appointment with our salon staff is an acknowledgement of these terms.

Scheduling

Our Customer Service staff will help you make the most of your visit by recommending and scheduling the perfect spa experience for you. For optimum availability, we suggest that you schedule your next service appointment prior to leaving our salon.

Home Care Products

You can extend the benefits of your experience by using our extensive line of home care products. Our specialists will advise you on the appropriate products for you to help you continue to look and feel your best. Merchandise cannot be returned for refunds, ONLY salon credit(s) will be granted.

Gratuities

The decision to extend a gratuity should be a result of the client experience, and left to the discretion of the client. Gratuities are not included in any treatment prices.

Punctuality

To ensure enjoyment of a relaxing spa experience, please arrive at our salon within 15 minutes prior to your schedule appointment.

Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payment and reservations.

Damage to Personal Items

We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for purchase in any denomination for all of our services and are available for purchase at our reception desk. Inquire about our many programs and treatments which may be ideal for a loved one, valued client or friend.

Children

We have a large waiting area with magazines and television available for our clients.  While children are always welcome in our salon, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
