The therapist will combine Swedish strokes with acupressure and
other modalities, using more intense pressure to work deeper into
connective tissues.
Maternity Massage - Available in 30, 60 & 90 minute sessions
A traditional Swedish massage using specially designed pregnancy
cushions for mom and baby's comfort and support! Special attention
is given to the legs and lower back to ease discomfort and promote
circulation. Pre & Post natal.
Reflexology - Available in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions
Begin with a relaxing foot treatment, then our reflexologist applies
gentle pressure to specific areas of the feet and hands. For each
person the application and effect of the therapy is unique. The
reflexologist detects tiny deposits and imbalances and by working on
these points releases blockages and restores free flow of energy to
the whole body.
Sports Massage - Available in 30, 60 & 90 minute sessions
Deep, focused massage strokes utilizing all or some combination
of compression, drainage, friction, vibration and tapotement are
used in sports or deep tissue massage.
Trigger Point Massage - Available in 30, 60 & 90 minute sessions
Massage therapy that examines and treats muscles and muscle
attachments in layers. Addresses surface muscles and connective
tissues and deeper ligaments and connective tissues.
Aromatherapy from $10
Add a soothing Amoratherapy pure essential oil to any massage
for an extra relaxing experience!
